McGuire Real Estate has been an institution in San Francsico Real Estate for more than 80 years. They have the best people, but they were hampered by an aging website. Users were frustrated by the fact that the home search feature would give an error if a search returned more than 75 listings. Instead of looking for a home, their clients were looking for the right values to get search results back.
In just a few months their customers had a very different experience. Users can now search all of the listings in less than a second. They can save their favorite searches and make comments on each property. Their agents have the ability to customize their own mini-sites and even have a place to blog! Making extensive use of GIS technologies, visitors can now browse through detailed demographic information to find their perfect neighborhood.
